Five agents who were part of the pre-Christmas exodus from Cushman & Wakefield late last year have resurfaced as Crew Commercial.

Clint Bott , Corbin Crain , Dave Kertesz , Jacob Zhou and Josh Wright are directors of the new agency which is focused on industrial and office sales and leasing in southeast Queensland.

They will work out of two offices, one in Brisbane and another on the Gold Coast and they said there would likely be some more new faces at Crew Commercial in coming months.

The men have between six to 17 years of agency experience with all members having previously been core operators for successful real estate firm Wright Property, which was later purchased by Cushman & Wakefield.

In a carefully worded statement Crew Commercial directors said “it is this combined management and agency experience that will underpin our new dynamic Australian-owned agency”.

“We have experienced what works and what doesn’t. We are making operational decisions based solely on what is best for our clients and have set up a collaborative structure that is supported with the latest technology.”

Clint Bott and Corbin Crain will focus on the Brisbane industrial market while its Gold Coast operations will be spearheaded by Josh Wright, Dave Kertesz and Jacob Zhou who have worked as team together for the last seven years.

According to the directors: “The idea of Crew Commercial came from a shared vision of wanting to be part of a dynamic and high performing agency that focuses on providing the highest level of service to our clients.

“We have dedicated a lot of time to building the back of house processes via best in market systems which streamline our workflows so we can concentrate on delivering what we do best – selling”.
