It is expected to be completed in late 2020 after an 18-month build undertaken by Hutchinson Builders.
The 25-storey tower is the second high-rise project in Broadbeach for the developer, which is also due to deliver Vue Broadbeach in First Ave later this year.
Andrews Projects sales manager Sarah Andrews said constructing two towers in Broadbeach at the same time reinforced the company’s confidence in the suburb’s property market.
“We are very particular about the projects we pursue and Broadbeach ticks all the boxes for what we look for in a location for our apartment towers,” she said.
“It is not only picturesque and home to the Gold Coast’s best and widest range of entertainment and dining options, but boasts a level of infrastructure and public transport options to rival anywhere.
“As long-time Gold Coasters, we have an intimate knowledge of the city’s property market and the fact we are simultaneously building two towers in Broadbeach says it all about our confidence in the suburb.”
Encore Broadbeach is a short walk to the beach, Bowls Club, G-Link Light Rail and local dining precinct. Pacific Fair and The Star Casino are also nearby.
The tower’s expansive apartments will feature ocean and city skyline views, while floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows will wrap the entire building. Offering superb finishes, two and three-bedroom ocean view apartments are now selling from $599,000.
The tower will also feature wellness-club style facilities across two floors including a 25m heated lap pool, sauna, yoga lawn, gym, spa, private residents lounge and barbecue facilities.
Founded in 2003 by director Danny Andrews, Andrews Projects is a boutique private family company that has enjoyed success in commercial, retail, luxury housing and multi-residential.
The company only acquires sites in prime Gold Coast locations, with recent apartment projects including Allegra Southport, South Hamptons and One33.
