A SEXY Vietnamese DJ who has been locked in jail after trying to run away with her child says she’s been unfairly painted as a “porn star”.

A SEXY Vietnamese DJ who has been locked up in a New York jail for weeks after trying to take her child to China says it’s an outrage that her daughter’s father put the police on to her and seized custody — since he never wanted the kid anyway.

“I delivered and raised my child alone for the first seven years of her life without a penny contribution from the father,” said former America’s Got Talent contestant Angie Vu Ha, who was jailed on November 4 on an Interpol warrant as she tried to board a flight from JFK to China with the child.

Ha provided emails that she says prove the father — French citizen Richard Froger — had little interest in the girl before he suddenly got a court order awarding him custody in France.

“I never wanted to have a baby with you and I made that clear,” Froger allegedly wrote to Ha in 2005 after she told him she was pregnant. “It seems absolutely selfish to want to have a baby without a father.”

Froger successfully had a French court award him custody of the child in August, and the girl was taken from the airport and whisked to Paris.

Ha claims it took Froger five years before he decided to take a mild interest in the child.

“I’m henceforth ready to take my responsibilities,” he allegedly wrote in a 2010 email. “I can’t stay longer to wake up each day knowing that I have a daughter on the other end of the world.”

Ha claims Froger had limited visits with the child over the following years and often vanished — but finally demanded that she live in Paris with him this past May.

Ha claims Froger wrongfully painted her as unfit for motherhood because of her sexy online DJ persona.

“I can no longer be silent about the overexposure of Isabella on your social medias where it’s not a place for a child according to your activities,” Froger wrote in one email provided by Ha.

In a French court in June, he continued to paint her as a tramp by presenting “Angie’s photos on Instagram of Angie Playboy’s Frisky Friday selfie” and told the judge, “Angie’s a porn star,” court papers state, she said.

“After lying in French court to rob my child from me, he kept on lying to Interpol and US court to try his best to put me, the mother of his child, in prison,” Ha told the Post. “I’m terrified about my child’s future and about how my relationship with her would be.”

Ha claims she didn’t know Interpol had marked her a fugitive before her arrest and said she was heading to Vietnam with her kid to file court papers to fight for custody there.

Ha has a Brooklyn federal court appearance Monday.
