Former Domino’s Pizza boss Don Meij has launched a podcast, and he’s invited some of the nation’s top entrepreneurs to join him for a chat.

Former Domino’s Pizza boss Don Meij is embracing his retirement by stepping behind the mic to launch Meijor League — a new podcast celebrating and unpacking the journeys of Australia’s most inspiring and dynamic entrepreneurs.
Meij’s story is well known, having started as a pizza delivery driver working his way to leading the multi-billion dollar global company until he announced his retirement in November last year after 22 years at the helm.
And with his new venture it’s not as if Meij needs the money, being one of Australia’s highest-paid chief executives.
When he left Domino’s, Meij hinted that he’s looking forward to new challenges and one is the Meijor League podcast – which will be launched today and where he will be capturing the real, raw and remarkable stories of business builders and minds across the country.
Season one features a big line-up including beauty retail giant MECCA co-founder Jo Horgan; Chris Anastasi and Nathaniel Anthony, co-founders of activewear and supplements brand Muscle Nation; and Daniella Dionyssiou and Natalia Suesskow – the sisters behind fashion powerhouse VRG GRL.
Meij says he’s “incredibly excited” about the project.
“Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate to connect with countless entrepreneurs, business leaders and mentors of all ages,” he says.
“Through the power of podcasting, I wanted to create a show that brings together some of the best and brightest Australian entrepreneurs, to take our listeners on a journey through their triumphs, challenges, and the futures ahead.
“We have an incredible guest line-up, and I truly hope this show serves its purpose – to guide, ground and inspire the next wave of leaders.”
