Aveo Group and Springfield Land Corporation have signed an agreement to develop the campus of up to 2500 units at Health City Springfield Central over the next 15 years.
The development will be known as Aveo Springfield.
Aveo chief executive Geoff Grady said: “This type of innovation in seniors living and aged

At its half year results in February, Aveo outlined a development pipeline of 2835 new

At the time Aveo, formerly FKP Group, said its established retirement assets contributed $23.8 million to group’s earnings, an 18 per cent increase on the same period a year before.
