Emergency services are responding to a hike who fell 50m at a popular tourist location in Queensland.
The hiker fell 50m at the Girraween National Park in the Southern Downs region at around 10.30am on Saturday.
Multiple ambulance crews are currently at the scene assessing the patient who is awaiting transport.
The patient is in a serious but stable condition.
