A 31-year-old Gold Coast man with alleged links to the Comanchero Outlaw Motorcycle Gang has been charged with 128 drug offences.
The man, who police alleged is a Comanchero associate, had his vehicle intercepted by police in East Brisbane on June 7, about 10pm.
Officers allegedly found large quantities of methamphetamine with a street value of $70,000 during a search of the vehicle.
Ten days later, detectives executed a search warrant at a Surfers Paradise address, finding more methylamphetamine as well as cocaine and cannabis.
The Surfers Paradise man, who was the driver of the vehicle that was stopped, was charged with 128 offences relating to drug trafficking, supply and possession.
He is due to appear at Brisbane Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
Police say the investigation remains ongoing.
