THE bikie involved in the Robina shooting and accused instigator of the Broadbeach riot has been expelled as punishment.

THE bikie at the centre of the Robina shooting and accused instigator of the Broadbeach riot has been expelled from the Bandidos with club members ordered to "shoot on sight".

The Criminal Motorcycle Gang this month banished Jacques Teamo and demanded the immediate return of all club related items and paraphernalia.

Bikie sources said the club had had enough of Teamo's volatile behaviour, which has been blamed for triggering Queensland's unprecedented bikie crackdown.

The order to expel Teamo is believed to have come from the highest echelons of the international gang.

Senior Bandidos were reportedly "livid" over Teamo's involvement in the Robina shooting where an innocent bystander was shot, but the final straw was his alleged leading role in the Broadbeach brawl.

The 42-year-old is accused of instigating the wild brawl at a Broadbeach restaurant, leading a "lynch mob" of 60 Bandidos bikies which then lay siege to the Southport Police Station.

Despite a massive public backlash against the Bandidos, the club initially stood by Teamo but as the criminal gangs prepared to challenge the anti-bikie laws in the High Court, it was clear the former bikie had to be "cut loose", sources said.

Bandido insiders said Teamo, who claims to suffer post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression, had finally gone "too far".

"He just caused too much trouble. The club is over him. First Robina, then Broadbeach which would not have happened if it wasn't for him.

"We will shoot him if we see him."

Other clubs have welcomed Teamo's expulsion.

"This was his fault," sources said. "He was the idiot blamed for both Robina and for Broadbeach and look where that got us?

"Now all clubs have to find hundreds of thousands of dollars to fund another trip to the High Court, all thanks to one idiot on the Gold Coast. Clubs don't need blokes like him - that's what got us into trouble in the first place.

"The Bandidos have done the right thing. It took them long enough."

Lawyers for the troubled bikie have confirmed Teamo has left the club, but insist he was allowed to resign.

It is understood the now former Bandido wants to move from the Gold Coast, but cannot because of strict bail and reporting conditions set by the Southport Magistrates Court.

The expulsion is the final insult for Teamo who was once a highly regarded senior member of the Bandidos Gold Coast chapter.

In 2012, Teamo rose to public prominence when rival gangs opened fire on his tattoo parlour Aces Wild at Mermaid Beach.

Within months, the parlour was shut down but Teamo was never far from the headlines, involved in a string of violent incidents.

Taskforce Takeback boss Superintendent Jim Keogh warned that any form of violence would not be tolerated.

"This type of behaviour and threat is indicative of the cult mentality of criminal gang members," Supt Keogh said.

"It underlines the reasons why the State Government has taken such steps to squash Criminal Motorcycle Gangs in Queensland.

"These gangs need to conform, obey the law or face the consequences."
