Thorpe prevails in ‘Race of the Century’

The men’s 200m freestyle final was the most anticipated swimming race at the Athens Olympics in 2004. After losing the event four years earlier in Sydney, Thorpe was out for revenge against Dutch star Pieter van den Hoogenband.
