“Perth boasts the highest average occupancy rate (77 per cent) in the country with a daily rate averaging $223,” she said.
“Boasting an occupancy rate of 68 per cent and an average daily rate of $359, the Augusta Margaret River region has demonstrated its capacity to attract visitors again and again.”
The top foreign countries contributing to Australia’s Airbnb market included the UK, USA and New Zealand.
