What Cameron Dick didn't tell Queenslanders in his budget speech

Queensland Treasurer Cameron Dick took 46 minutes to deliver his fifth budget speech to state parliament on Tuesday.
In it, he presented billions in cost-of-living and inflation relief as Labor’s pitch for a fourth term in government come October.
This is an abridged version of Dick’s speech, with some highlighted notes to unpack things that he didn’t elaborate on.
