TransLink investigates real-time bus data failure
A technical issue with TransLink’s website and mobile app prevented users from seeing whether their buses were running on time during afternoon peak hour on Tuesday.
The technical issue was flagged just before 4pm and an investigation kicked off to determine the cause, a TransLink spokesman said.

The issue prevented users from being able to access the real-time data for all Brisbane City Council bus services.
Arrival times displayed as "scheduled' on the website and mobile app until the issue was resolved late Tuesday night, a Translink spokesman said.
Technicians on Wednesday morning were working to determine the cause of the real-time issue.
