Queensland man charged over fatal stabbing of woman

Queensland police have charged a man with murder after a 49-year-old woman was found dead at a Townsville home.
Officers were called to a Granville Street address in Pimlico about 1am on Saturday after reports a woman had been stabbed.
A 40-year-old man will face Townsville Magistrates Court on Monday.
