Motorist dies after Brisbane crash on Good Friday
A 26-year-old motorcycle rider has died after suffering critical injuries in a single-vehicle crash in Brisbane on Good Friday.
The 26-year-old Cornubia man was assessed by paramedics but a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said he was not transported to hospital from Bulimba.
"Paramedics transported bystanders to Mater Hospital who were suffering emotional stress," he said.
Emergency services were called to the crash, involving a motorbike just before 5.30am on Friday on Lytton Road.
The Forensic Crash Unit was requested to attend the scene.
Police are appealing anyone who was in the area at the time and may have dash cam vision to contact Policelink on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
