With early voting open, what are Queensland’s major parties pitching?

Early voting booths are now open, and the leaders of Queensland’s major parties have put in two weeks of travel to pitch their visions before the October 26 state election.

After taking the top job in December, Labor’s Steven Miles is hoping to secure a fourth consecutive term for his party, while David Crisafulli is gunning for the LNP’s third term in office in 35 years.

With well over a third of votes to be cast before polling day, we’ve laid out a summary of what’s on offer across a number of key areas. (We’ve also looked at the minor parties, here.)
