Canva co-founders Melanie Perkins and Cliff Obrecht have topped the Financial Review Young Rich List for the fifth year in a row, their fortune surging by $1 billion in a year thanks to its continued growth.
The 7.7 per cent boost to their combined fortune gives the couple an estimated net worth of $14 billion. Most of this, they say, is destined for charitable purposes rather than their own pockets, with the pair having signed onto Bill Gates’ The Giving Pledge.
