Former United States president Bill Clinton says as the world is becoming more complex and technology advancing so fast, institutions that are part of an international network are in the best position to thrive.
“We know that networks of co-operation work better than geniuses working alone," he told a gathering of about 300 people at the launch of the privately run Torrens University in Adelaide, owned by Laureate International.
