US Supreme Court delivers Trump's postal-vote nightmare

Battleground states Pennsylvania and North Carolina can count postal votes received after election day, the US Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday (Thursday AEDT) in a big setback for Donald Trump.
In Pennsylvania, absentee ballots will be included if they are postmarked by election day and received up to three days later. In North Carolina, the grace period is nine days.
