Washington | Donald Trump has said Elon Musk cannot do anything without his approval, in an apparent attempt to rein in his cost-cutting tsar.
The president told reporters that Mr Musk could not slash federal spending without his approval, after the Tesla billionaire was accused of breaching the constitution in his drive to shrink the US government.
