Multinationals seek to weaken US bill banning goods made by forced labour

Washington | Nike, Coca-Cola and Apple are among companies and business groups lobbying the US Congress to weaken a bill that would ban imported goods made with forced labour in China's Xinjiang region, according to congressional staff and others familiar with the matter.
Lobbying records also show vast spending on the legislation.
