Philadelphia, Pennsylvania | Lawyer Robert Nix, 62, has voted Republican all his life, including for Donald Trump, but this week he’s on a crowded bus travelling across battleground states trying to convince people to back his rival, Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.

The bus, emblazoned with “Republicans Against Donald Trump” and partly funded by Reid Hoffman, a billionaire Democrat donor and founder of LinkedIn, started its journey in Pennsylvania, the swing state both Harris and Trump acknowledge as a must-win on the road to the White House on November 5.
