Allentown, Pennsylvania | In her concession speech at Howard University on Wednesday (Thursday AEDT), Kamala Harris vowed she would “never give up the fight” for democracy, abortion and other issues she campaigned on.
But Donald Trump’s stunning election result on Tuesday showed Americans’ priorities are elsewhere. Trump triumphed at the ballot box because he had greater command of the things most Americans really care about: the economy and illegal immigration.
