Washington | Joe Biden has lashed out at Donald Trump's handling of national riots and protests, saying this is not the "America we know in our hearts we could be and should be".
"I won't traffic in fear and division. I won't fan the flames of hate," Mr Biden, the presumptive Democrat 2020 presidential nominee, said on Tuesday (Wednesday AEST).
