Biden hits the road, slamming Trump for fomenting violence

Washington | Joe Biden slammed Donald Trump's response to unrest over racial justice and hit back at the President's attempts to blame him for riots and violence in cities such as Kenosha and Portland.
In the first speech of the campaign outside his home base of Wilmington, Delaware, Mr Biden said on Monday (AEST) President Trump can not quell the violence afflicting America because he foments it.
