Britain’s PM reels after Trump attacks his Labour Party
London | British Prime Minister Keir Starmer was forced into urgent damage control after Donald Trump’s presidential campaign team filed a complaint to the US Federal Election Commission alleging the UK Labour Party illegally supported his rival Kamala Harris.
Sir Keir is now fighting the threat of a major fissure in Britain’s so-called “special relationship” with the US if Trump wins the election. And the AUKUS deal could potentially be at risk of collateral damage.
