Krakow, Poland | Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus has used his visit to the former Nazi concentration camp of Auschwitz to slam the opposition for what he called “grotesque” attempts to “politicise” the Holocaust commemoration there this week.
“This is an appropriate time, and it is an appropriate place, to actually reject attempts to politicise the Holocaust or to politicise antisemitism,” Mr Dreyfus said in Krakow on Sunday (Monday AEDT), en route to Auschwitz.
