Moscow seeks to blame Kyiv for Islamic State attack on concert hall
Berlin/Kyiv/New Delhi/London | Friday’s (Saturday AEDT) bloody attack on a Moscow concert hall has been claimed by terror group Islamic State, but Russian propagandists have sought to blame Ukraine.
Responsibility for the assault, in which four gunmen killed at least 133 people and incinerated the building, was attributed by the US and other Western countries specifically to an Afghan-based affiliate called ISIS-Khorasan, or ISIS-K.
