London Bridge attack will weigh on voters' minds

Shortly before midnight as another deadly terrorist attack took place in Britain, Metropolitan Police issued a warning for people to "run, tell, hide".

It was the first time authorities have employed the new warning that encourages those caught up in a "marauding firearms or weapons attacks" to ignore their instinct to fight, surrender or even negotiate. Based on "proven advice", the best option for people is to either get out of the danger zone as quickly as possible or find a safe place and keep quiet.
