Diversity and tradition for King Charles’ coronation weekend
London | King Charles is to put refugees and the National Health Service at the heart of a diverse coronation that will bring the nation together with a three-day celebration designed to reflect modern, multicultural Britain.
A coronation choir of amateur singers who represent the nation’s “faces and voices”, including LGBTQ+ groups and deaf signers, will perform at a concert at Windsor Castle on Sunday, May 7.
