Corbyn lets rip as he tries to steer election away from Brexit
London | British Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will on Thursday fire the opening salvo of Britain's election campaign, taking personal aim at some of the country's most high-profile entrepreneurs as he tries to shift the focus from Brexit to his radical socialist agenda.
Rupert Murdoch, hedge fund manager Crispin Odey, retail magnate and football club owner Mike Ashley and Ineos Chemicals billionaire Jim Ratcliffe are among those set to get a tongue-lashing in Mr Corbyn's first speech of the campaign, excerpts of which were pre-briefed on Wednesday night (Thursday AEDT).
