With a rapidly deteriorating economy, most British voters now want to return to the European Union
Last week’s anniversary of the referendum for Britain to leave the European Union was accompanied by plenty of polling showing that Brexit is increasingly unpopular.
One poll, commissioned by the Tony Blair Institute, showed that the British public favours rejoining the EU to staying out by 51 per cent to 36 per cent, similar to the most recent YouGov finding of 46-33.
