US President Joe Biden said Russia had the Ukraine surrounded and President Vladimir Putin would invade the country including an attack on the capital Kyiv within days.
While still hoping that last ditch diplomatic attempts would prevent a Russian invasion, the President said he would not send any US troops into the Ukraine.
