London | Big Australian asset managers including Macquarie and IFM Investors have been roped into Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s push to market Britain under Labour as an attractive investment destination.

In what has become a British autumn tradition, Downing Street administrations ask big foreign investors to come to London for an annual “international investment summit” in October or November. The participants are expected to issue, or reissue, announcements about their plans to bankroll projects in the UK.
