Virus death toll above 900 as workers told to stay home

Hong Kong | The death toll from China's coronavirus outbreak has risen to more than 900, as plans to restart the world's second-largest economy on Monday faltered.
Despite hopes of a return to work, hundreds of millions were forced to stay home due to strict government measures aimed at slowing the infection rate.
