Carlos Ghosn, the charismatic corporate leader who oversaw one of the world’s biggest automotive mergers, will only be remembered for one thing: escaping Japan in a box.

His daring getaway in 2019 has been brought back to life in a new documentary Wanted: The Escape of Carlos Ghosn. From inside a box we hear Ghosn’s heavy breathing as he gasps for air through holes bored into the musical instrument case used to spirit him through security at Osaka Airport and the muffled conversations his rescuers are having with airport staff as he is wheeled on to the plane.
