Jakarta | The European Union is betting a multibillion-dollar bargaining chip will force concessions from Cambodia's Prime Minister Hun Sen in a high-stakes manoeuvre that has moved into its final stage.
The Cambodian government has received the EU's draft ruling on whether it intends to suspend the preferential trade treatment that helps the country export billions of dollars worth of textiles to the European trading block.
