Tokyo | Hong Kong will force arrivals from the United States to quarantine in a government camp from Monday under tough new rules that have raised fears among Australians seeking to return to the city that they will be targeted next.

Hong Kong announced on Friday that arrivals from the US will have to quarantine for seven days in the territory’s notorious Penny Bay quarantine facility before completing another two weeks in a designated hotel.
