The ETF price war is on as Betashares slashes fees on popular product

Betashares, one of the country’s largest exchange-traded fund managers, will slash fees on its most popular product one day after its larger rival, BlackRock, said it would cut its own charges.
Betashares will reduce the fee on its Australia 200 ETF – which tracks the Solactive Australia 200 Index – from 0.07 per cent to 0.04 per cent per annum, charging $4 for every $10,000 invested.
