Tom Hayes, a 21-year-old finance student at RMIT in Melbourne, has found buying and selling NFTs is yielding much better returns than the stock market.

He says NFTs, or non-fungible-tokens, which can present as digital artworks online, is giving him an opportunity to quicken his path towards a house deposit.
