Logistics software company WiseTech Global is pushing ahead with its acquisition strategy in 2020, despite the approach coming under heavy criticism from short-seller researchers in the last quarter of 2019.
On Wednesday the company announced its first acquisition of 2020, buying Swiss company SISA Studio Informatica, a customs and freight forwarding solutions provider.
