Logistics software company WiseTech Global allegedly billed one of its customers for a product it did not want and never agreed to pay for.

Freight forwarding firm Mondiale VGL is alleging that WiseTech began billing it for an additional product – Container Automation, which provides real-time tracking of containers – in March 2019.
