WiseTech Global director Maree Isaacs has sold her shares in the ASX-listed logistics software business to her co-founder Richard White as the company deals with a scandal about his conduct and his ultimate resignation.
Ms Isaacs co-founded WiseTech with Mr White in 1994 and became one of the country’s wealthiest people thanks to the company’s listing and soaring share price. However, she has rarely spoken publicly.
