Software billionaire Richard White’s legal battle with Sydney wellness entrepreneur Linda Rogan is a personal matter, according to the board of WiseTech Global, which declined to take a governance position on the firestorm engulfing its chief executive.
The company’s board said, via a spokeswoman, it “is aware of the court case involving Richard White in his personal capacity”.
