Why My Health Record can't have 'military-grade' security

I hadn't intended to wade into the debate about My Health Record, but a comment attributed to Health Minister Greg Hunt compels. Media reports have the minister assuring Australians that the national online health records database features "military-grade security", but there's no such thing as "military-grade security".

At best, the term only refers to security standards observed by a particular military in a certain place at a certain time.
