What Canva, Rokt and Aussie VCs have learned about US IPOs
Life360’s oversubscribed Nasdaq debut has shown Australian tech stars like Canva and Rokt that US investors have rediscovered an appetite for new growth stocks, with fund managers predicting 2025 will see a rush of private technology companies testing the public markets.
While Life360, a Silicon Valley-based consumer technology company, has been one of the strongest-performing ASX stocks this year, it made an unspectacular but solid debut on the Nasdaq last week. Its shares opened at $US26 and closed 4 per cent higher on Friday at $US27.14.
