Life360’s oversubscribed Nasdaq debut has shown Australian tech stars like Canva and Rokt that US investors have rediscovered an appetite for new growth stocks, with fund managers predicting 2025 will see a rush of private technology companies testing the public markets.

While Life360, a Silicon Valley-based consumer technology company, has been one of the strongest-performing ASX stocks this year, it made an unspectacular but solid debut on the Nasdaq last week. Its shares opened at $US26 and closed 4 per cent higher on Friday at $US27.14.
