Leading British quantum computing specialists have expressed surprise at the Albanese and Qld government’s decision to invest nearly $1 billion in backing PsiQuantum.
They said the UK government’s more conservative $17 million funding of the company created similar benefits without betting on which company or technology would win the quantum computing race.
