Shareholders of ASX-listed cybersecurity firm Tesserent have voted in favour of a $176 million takeover by French defence giant Thales.
Of the shareholders who voted on the scheme on Monday, 68 per cent backed the plan to sell the company to Thales Australia for 13¢ a share.
