Australian design software “unicorn” Canva will look to widen its revenue options by selling publishers and designers Netflix-style subscriptions for stock photographs and images.

The adjustment in strategy and direction comes as Canva announces the acquisition of two of the world’s biggest free stock content sites for undisclosed sums.
