Something’s brewing at Apple as Foxconn share price touches pre-iPad highs
Apple’s expected September product launch could well be the unveiling of the blockbuster pundits have been waiting for – be it the wearable smartwatch or big iPhones – if Foxconn’s share price is anything to go by.
According to Quartz, Foxconn, well known as the factory that makes Apple’s most famed products, has touched a share price high last seen when Steve Jobs announced the first iPad. The device went on to revolutionise the tablet computer industry and put it in the hands of home and business users, a task other PC makers grappled with for over a decade.
