Smart Parking, a company backed by rich lister Chris Morris, has refused to provide details to shell-shocked investors about the misconduct of senior British executives that led to a savaging of the share price of the parking technology play.

Smart Parking chief executive Paul Gillespie, who has temporarily assumed responsibility for the British operation, did not respond to multiple requests for comment from The Australian Financial Review about the precise nature of alleged breaches that sparked the sudden departure of its UK managing director Ben Johnson and finance director last week.
